Parcel delivered to wrong house but not recovered until following day and hopeless chat helpline in India which cut off twice. Happy with item itself and its packaging - when it eventually got here.

We haven’t bought new kitchen knives for a long time and to see they don’t come with points on the ends was great. I don’t know if this is a new thing or an old one but there’s a feeling of safety with them. They’re still very sharp on the cutting side but they don’t have a feeling of “dangerous weapon” about them. That might just be my opinion and no one else’s. They’re a beautiful knife and the block that holds them is beautiful too. Always guaranteed a great package when you buy Viners.

I made a mistake with my order (nothing to do with the company, entirely my own fault) but they were able to remedy my error in a reasonable timeframe.

They had the item I wanted at a good price, delivered it in a timely manner.
Only issue was the item's box was damaged and a bit ropey. Fortunately it wasnt a gift so it didnt really matter to us.

I recently purchased a set of pans from this company and found some damage to one of the medium pans in the set, I’ve tried to contact customer services a few times but no response, damage to product and poor customer service experience. Poor

The cupcake cases are ok, however I wasn't happy to see that each box had a 50p price sticker on them, when I was charged £2 per box!! Not impressed, won't be shopping with you again and certainly won't be recommending you!!

The ironing board cover looks ok. It's not very thick but would do the job. Sadly I ordered the wrong size. Its too short. It would be ok if the ironing board was padded and it covered the padding. My board is just metal, so it's not thick enough to get a good ironing job done.

Good product at a reasonable price. I was looking for a long time for something like these. Not seen in any high street shops. Well packaged avoiding any damage. Excellent delivery time and communication. Great service all round.

I ordered o line before 12 noon and paid €5.99 express delivery to ensure item received next day. Email received to confirmnext day delivery. Item delivered two days later, no explanation, no apology.

At first I was a bit scared after reading the comments section of these website. But when I received the items I was very surprised & impressed. An Authentic pyrex wares and the parcel was packed safely when I received it. Plan to buy other pyrex items again.

The shopping trolley looks very smart and was easy to assemble. I like the fact that it has four wheels for easier carriage. The bag has a large capacity and I am hoping it is sturdy enough to last for at least two years or more.
